Your privacy is very important. I will therefore keep your data in a safe place

Natalia Reso Coaching is a one-man business, located in Amsterdam at Box A6011, Keurenplein 41. I am registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 83532285. I am the controller of your personal data.

Article 2 What data do I use?

Here you can find an overview of the data that I process from you, why I do this, what legal basis I have to process this data from you and how long I will keep this data.

I process your name, address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail, profession and other data that are necessary to optimally deliver my services to you to enable the execution of the agreement. Consider, for example, the questions from the intake questionnaire. I use this information to make you a satisfied customer during the term of our agreement. I keep this data for one year after the end of our agreement.

For invoicing and financial administration I process your name or that of your contact person, billing address, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, customer number,
email, bank details and outstanding balance. I cannot process your payment without this information. According to a legal obligation of the tax authorities, I must keep this data for 7 years.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about my services, I will process your name, e-mail, telephone number and the content of this complaint in order to arrive at the best possible solution for you. I use this information for optimal execution of the agreement. I will delete data related to complaints 1 year after handling.

Natalia Reso Coaching has a commercial interest in using some of your personal data for marketing purposes. I process your name and email for email marketing and social media marketing. I will delete this data as soon as you unsubscribe from my newsletter or indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted by me.

To enable and optimize this website I use analytics and retargeting services. I have a commercial interest in using your surfing behavior and related data to analyze and where necessary improve my service. I will track your use of my website with Google Analytics and a Facebook Pixel and am bound by the retention periods of Google and Facebook.

These services use cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent to your browser when you visit my website and are then stored on the hard disk or in the memory of the device you use to visit my website. These cookies will not damage your devices.

In addition, Facebook collects target group statistics by means of a first party cookie. With this information I can place more targeted advertisements. These cookies are active as long as the pixel is installed. However, the data collected by Facebook using this cookie is passed on to me anonymously.

If you want to contact me via the website, I will ask for your full name and e-mail. By sending the contact form, this information becomes visible to me. I will delete the data from a sent contact form as soon as the contact question has been completed, unless an agreement results from this.

To enable the posting of reviews about my services, I process your full name, age and content of your review. By completing the evaluation form, this information becomes visible to me. I can post reviews about my services on my website out of commercial interest and I will remove them when they are no longer representative of my business operations or you request this.

I have the above information from you as a customer, contact person or website visitor
